  • Vegetable oil.
  • Salt (preferably sea salt).

Cooking method

Peel the carrots, cut into slices. Cut the zucchini into slices. Put the broccoli, carrots and zucchini in a saucepan with a little cold water (so that the vegetables are not completely covered) and cook until tender (5-10 minutes), preferably slightly undercooked - it tastes better.

Cut the champignon into slices and fry in vegetable oil (3-5 minutes), also until semi-raw. Or you can not fry it, but add it raw.

Drain the boiled vegetables and place them on a plate. Put champignons on top, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, salt.

You can also sprinkle with orange slices, grated cheese, dried herbs and add herbal sauce.
